1. Returns
* As our furniture is handmade and custom-crafted, returns are only accepted in case of damage during delivery or manufacturing defects.
* To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
* The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
* Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Refunds
* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges
* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
* You have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is in its original condition. Please contact us if you’d like to return an item.

4. Non-Returnable Items
* Custom-made or personalized furniture cannot be returned unless defective.
* Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or a manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
